OPVA joined the Adaptive Riding Institute (ARI) in July for a fun day of horseback riding with members and their families. Learn more about ARI at www.adaptiveridinginstitute.org.

David G. Miller is both a member and Government Relations Director for the Oregon Paralyzed Veterans of America. Mr. Miller has been awarded membership in the Americans with Disabilities Act Trainer Network by University of Washington & Cornell University. He has been recognized as an ADA expert by the U.S. Department of Justice and federal Judge Brigham P. Jones. He has also been a guest speaker for numerous ADA conferences across the country.
